Hi, this is my first post and i really need help. I am currently working in Saudi and they decided to change the area codes from (e.g. 04 to 014). Since then our Avaya phones cannot receive incoming calls (DID-SIP Trunking) from a different area code or mobile. We did a list trace tac and here is the error, when a mobile is calling on one of our phones.
