    Cor Restrict

    HI,

We have a scenario with boss - secretary:
    1. no one (except of the secretary) is allowed calling the boss
    2. the boss can call everyone

for that, we use 4th page of the COR form - "CALLING PERMISSION" feature.
we assigned the right COR for the boss, the secretary and the regular users

now we want the secretary to be able to TRANSFER a call from 'regular user' to the BOSS,
but because of the CALLING PERMISSION settings, the transfer can't be complete, and we are getting 2 denial events:

    14:55:36 denial event 1802: Parties COR restrict D1=0x8f3 D2=0x8ce
    14:55:36 denial event 1761: Transfer COR restrict D1=0x8dc D2=0x10

is anyone knows how to bypass the problem and allow the secretary to transfer calls to the boss?

    (all calls are internal)

    please advise,

    Alon

I spoke to the Remote Configuration Helpline, currently the only way that we can come up with is to create a 2nd extension for the boss that is not published and is only known to the secretary. This extension would not have any restrictions on it and the secretary would transfer calls to that extension. The COR to COR restriction is always going to stop a transfer of an extension with a COR that is restricted from calling the bosses COR.
