    Need help

    Hi All,

We have a VDN 8690 which goes to vector 650. Vector 650 routes the caller to station 1049. Station 1049 sends the caller to coverage path t11.
Monday – Friday – Caller is sent to coverage path 105. Rings on coverage answer group 102 (8611, 8612, 8613) for 6 rings before going to voicemail.
    VDN name is- LEAD Team
Vecor name is - LEAD TEAM
Station 1049 name is- LEAD TEAM
coverage answer group name is- LEAD TEAM
Extension nos 8611-8613 have their user's name
My question is when I receive an internal or external call, the display on my phone is showing as “XXXXXXXX(CLI of the caller) to LEAD TEAM B instead of “XXXXXXXX(CLI of the caller) to LEAD TeamWhat does B stand's for?

    Regards,
    Vinay

When you answer a call at your set via a Coverage Path, it also give you the reason the call went to coverage in addition to the name of the extension you are covering for.
B means the extension was busy. If 1049 is a phantom type extension that doesn't actually ring, you will always see the B.

      Display text

The display has fixed number of places to display text.
Replace the "Lead Team" with just a single character, let's say: "L" and give it a try and you might see the remaining text. this is of course a test only.
