Hi All,
We have a VDN 8690 which goes to vector 650. Vector 650 routes the caller to station 1049. Station 1049 sends the caller to coverage path t11.
Monday – Friday – Caller is sent to coverage path 105. Rings on coverage answer group 102 (8611, 8612, 8613) for 6 rings before going to voicemail.
VDN name is- LEAD Team
Vecor name is - LEAD TEAM
Station 1049 name is- LEAD TEAM
coverage answer group name is- LEAD TEAM
Extension nos 8611-8613 have their user's name
My question is when I receive an internal or external call, the display on my phone is showing as “XXXXXXXX(CLI of the caller) to LEAD TEAM B instead of “XXXXXXXX(CLI of the caller) to LEAD Team” What does B stand's for?
Regards,
Vinay
