Good evening everyone!
I have a user who is requesting that we alter her team's phones so that while they are on a call, the phone will only ring a couple of times before forwarding the call to voicemail.
I'm very new to Avaya and looked around but didn't see any option for having the phone forward to voicemail after an alternate amount of rings depending on conditions. Is there any way this can be accomplished?
