    outside calls

    Hi,
My Customer has no licence for EAS.
He has a coverage answer-group with 4 stations answering a DID number.
One of these station needs to be now forwarded to an outside number as he works from home now.
We have setup a send-call with coverage remote to do that.
Unfortunately, the calls are not forwarded to the outside number.
    Thanks for your help
    Kind regards

Make sure his station is assigned to a class-of-service (COS) with "Restrict Call Fwd-Off Net" disabled. If it already is, try configuring the unconditional forwarding on page 3 of his station form.

depends on how you are trying to achieve this are you saying you want calls to hit the C/A group and then at one station ring off net , as with this set up you wont get that.

If you are saying something different have you got trunk to trunk transfer enabled

I have tried to configure the unconditional forwarding for external and internal calls on page 3, but it failed too.

          Thanks for your help richa164.
I confirm the station has got trunk to trunk transfer enabled.
The Customer just wants all the station to ring simultaneously (internal & external) as soon as the call arrives on the phone system. If the external phone rings two rings later it is not a problem for my customer

If there's licensing for EC500, map the station to the external number in the off-PBX table. The station and external number will ring together.

In order to give you all the information :
              - the station has a coverage path to a coverage remote (0 + phone number)
              - in the cos, the Extended Forwarding All is set to yes
              - when we call directly the station, the external station rings.

What does a trace show when the station is called and goes to remote cover? You can omit the full coverage number. Let's see if it stops at CM or at the trunk.

Ok, it's getting to the trunk. If you call the external number manually from the station, does it work? Looks like you're sending the five digit extension as caller ID. Telco may not like this CID. Try outpulsing the BTN or main number.

Here is all the detail :

Calls arrived on station 3899 with coverage path to go to coverage answer group 2
Coverage answer group 2 has only one station 5599
The station 5599 is declared with extended forwarding unconditional (internal & external) to an external number

                        The traces :

Take care, we are sending the full number so 9 digits (I remove 4 digits for confidentiality).
I have rebuilt the number with four 0 instead of the real number
