I'm fairly clueless when it comes to our Avaya IP phone system but have been tasked with finding out why calls to/from our office cut out from time to time and without warning. This doesn't happen only after a certain period, so I don't believe it's a timeout issue.
We have 2 SIP lines and 20 extensions/phones.
I'm looking at SysMonitor now but not sure what I'm looking for.
Perhaps there is a setting in Office manager I should look at?
If anyone has any advice, I'd be very grateful.
