Alias ip address for CM 7.1.3 not allowing SSH

Upgrading a single server to dual

    AVP,

Works flawlessly in the lab with a POE switch set to customer schema.
    .
Once on Customer Network it throws errors and does not allow access via SSH.

Haven't found anything on Support yet. Still looking.

What are the errors? Are you able to SSH to the native IP of each CM server? If so, there could be an ARP issue on the network switch.

I have new info on this since my last post:

Each server is connected to a separate data switch. I will be moving the secondary server to the same data switch. I have verified the ports are all in the same VLAN. I will also test with a spare data switch I have to prove the servers can communicate outside the customer network. This scenario works since the new servers have yet to be cutover yet. I will update when i have this completed to hopefully help anyone else who may run into this.

The issue was on the customer network.

Once the servers were connected to the same data switch they had no problem communicating or establishing connections to ASM/SMGR, etc. All SIP phones came up as expected.
