When recording a voicemail greeting it hiccups in the middle of recording. Has anyone else have this issue and what was done to correct this issue

Check the packet size in the signal group of the hunt group for messaging. The packet size MUST be set to 2 and 20ms on both CM and MM in order to function properly. Any other value is not supported and a mis-match of these values on either side will cause the recording gap that you are experiencing. Additionally, you can make sure the IP-Audio Hairpinning and Shuffling are disabled to avoid audio quality issues.Originally posted by ahostu View Post
