I recently went from a physical AAM 6.2 server to 6.3.3 virtual. I am looking to upgrade to 7.0 and was wondering if anyone ran into any issues during the upgrade?

Haven't performed this yet, but you should be safe restoring data from 6.3.3 directly onto a new instance of 7.0. Below are the supported upgrade paths:
- AAM 7.0 (Load 16) Avaya Virtualization Platform to AAM 7.0 Avaya Virtualization Platform (Load 17)
- AAM 6.3.3 System Platform to AAM 7.0.0 Avaya Virtualization Platform
- AAM 6.3.3 System Platform to AAM 7.0.0 Virtualization Enablement
- AAM 6.3.3 Virtualization Enablement to AAM 7.0.0 Avaya Virtualization Platform
- AAM 6.3.3 Virtualization Enablement to AAM 7.0.0 Virtualization Enablement
- AAM 6.3.2 System Platform to AAM 7.0.0 Avaya Virtualization Platform
- AAM 6.3.2 System Platform to AAM 7.0.0 Virtualization Enablement
- AAM 6.2.5 System Platform to AAM 7.0.0 Avaya Virtualization Platform
- AAM 6.2.5 System Platform to AAM 7.0.0 Virtualization Enablement

AAM 7 being recalled
AAM 7 is being recalled due to major issues wit the underlying Nuance software. Calls get no Audio and disconnect callers. Sometimes the ports lock up. Seems to affect larger (6000+ users) systems, but a huge problem when voicemail goes down. On some affected systems the ports end up correcting themselves. On others Messaging has to be restarted or the server rebooted.
