    SIP connect but no voice..

    Hi There,
    ill try me best to explain my problem with avaya SIP config.

    I use media5 for android to connect to my SIP at work via LTE. i got a green phone icon
    i can make any call this work good.
    But when someone awnser my call i can't hear the voice and this is both way he can hear me to.

    i have a Cisco RV042 as a primary router, i made the port forwading 5060-5070 to avaya IP
    and 49152 to 53246 ports to avaya IP, and i add port triggering with this ports range.

    Even i tried 5 differents router still same problem.
    i tried diffence android app same thing. i tried with iphone... my god no voice..

    Can someone help me on this issue please.

    ( look this image i forward ALL INCOMING to Avaya IP didnt work .....

        great service from avaya no reply here,,,, i wait on the phone over 1 hour to get support on site i dont care to pay but i can talk to anyone from avaya. no more for me next sytem will another compagny

          I just wanted to clarify for you that responses within this forum are by community members like yourself.             i tried many time to call your avaya support in our local area and i waited over 1 hour without any agent to take my call.

              You could to review the STUN configuration, It's very important for the remote user.
