Clicking on IP Office IP Phones

IP Office 500 v 7.0(12)

There is an intermittent clicking when speaking to someone on an IP phone 9608 or 9621G (the only 2 types of IP set we have). The clicking only occurs on internal call from a digital or IP set. What can be done to stop this?

96X1 sets not support on R7.x at this time

The 96X1 sets are not supported on IPO R7.X or R8.X at this time. If you are having issues that maybe the reason.

A maintenance release of R8 is due at the end of March 2012 and is suppose to support the 96X1 sets.

When it comes out, load it and update the bin files - that may solve your issue(s).

How about the clicking on the multiple 9608 sets?
