Avaya IP Office and REST API

Hello everyone, sorry for my bad English.

I have Avaya IP Office.
Please, help me to find some solution to make calls from web service. Is there any REST API solution to provide this functionality?
For example, if i want to make a call, i send request like this:
http://avaya-ip-office/API?initcall&from=telephone_id&to=<number>

As i can see Avaya ACE have such functions (Browser Plug-in), but ACE is expensive and have a lot of functions, that i don`t need. Is there any other solutions. Or maybe IP Office already can do it?

You may be able to join Avaya DevConnect (is is free to join, no charge to join) and then you can download the SDK toolkit to help you develope your application.
