    Avaya Workplace: multi call management

We need to know if Avaya Workplace can receive multiple calls, like Avaya digital/IP phones,. For example with multiple incoming calls we need to answer one, put it on hold to answer another...
Is this feature possible with Workplace? Have you been able to test it?
    Thank you in advance.

Yes, Avaya Workplace does support multiple call handling, similar to digital/IP phones. You can answer one call, place it on hold, and take another it depends on how the call control is configured on the system side (like CM or IP Office).

Yes, I’ve used Avaya Workplace and can confirm it handles multiple calls just fine. I’ve answered one call, put it on hold, and picked up another without issues—it works similarly to desk phones. Just make sure your system (we were on CM) is configured to support it properly.

Regarding Avaya Workplace's call handling capabilities, I'm curious if it mirrors the functionality of traditional Avaya phones. Specifically, can Workplace manage multiple simultaneous incoming calls, allowing users to answer one, place it on hold, and then answer another? This capability is crucial for maintaining workflow efficiency, similar to navigating the challenges in Slope Game, where quick reflexes and strategic thinking are essential. Has anyone successfully tested this feature within Workplace? Your insights are appreciated.
