Could use some help in programming our Partner System for night service.
We lost power and all of programming for the system. We are back up running thanks to the help of people on this forum.
We have a Partner 2 Communication System R4.0 with Partner Mail VS VMS R3.
All of that is working.
What I need help with is night service. This is what we used to have.
1. Night button turned on after hours.
2. Caller calls in and plant horn (ext 35) rings and receptionist phone (ext10) rings
3. After 4 rings, night message comes on and says that we are closed and if they would like to speak to personnel in the plant the must dial 35.
4. Plant horn (ext 35) rings 9 times.
5. If no one picks up ext. 35 the caller is returned to ext 10 voicemail box to leave a message.
Any help much appreciated.
