Speed dial avaya ip office r6

I'm having difficulty locating the speed dial database that was set up a few years ago. No one knows where it is, and it needs to be updated. The help files from the program said I could view it from the system tab as soon as a configuration file is opened, but the picture shown in help is different from what I see when I open our config file. I see no option for administer speed dial or many of the other options listed in that help file.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you

You're looking for "Directory", which will be found in the left hand pane, about the 15th item down.

This window allows me to enter a new name and directory number, but how do I assign that directory number to a phone number? Or how do I edit the phone numbers that are already assigned in the directory?
