    Sip diversion header missing 9.1.1

We are forwarding calls to an external number and have set all the required settings to make the caller ID forward with the call. We have tried every combination that the provider supports and have not got it working.

Can some one please help! We are being hounded to get this working as the customer has just switched from the old PSTN to SIP.

Here are two examples the first from the affected system running 9.1.1, the second from our internal system running 9.0.2

    Code:

    Hallo,

try to uncheck(if checked) within the system\twinning the "send original calling number .....".
Set in the SIP trunk line\SIP Line the Send Caller ID to "Diversion Header".
Set in the SIP trunk line\SIP URI all of "Internal Data" except PAI.
Set in the User, user\sip the sip name and the contact to your DDI.
