    IPO Server Edition and PRI

    Hello ...

    I have Completed Install and Configure Avaya IPO Server Edition Rls 9.0.
    I need a technical assistance on configuring and Programming PRI, I follow the Avaya Document and many threads here in tek-tips but with no results, when dialing a number, the phone dispay shows "waiting for line", silent with no tone, and the timer count, its like the line is open
    Here is whats the configuration I programmed on Server :

        It is on the right way! Could you provide a trace from the IP500v2 Expansion Unit. I suppose that something went wrong on the short codes on the expansion unit.

          Your short code is wrong on the user rights, you want the number dialed to be 9N since the IP Office 500v2 won't know what to do with the number dialed when it has the 9 missing.

                      What is the number you're trying to dial? What does the rest of the ARS look like on the IP Office 500v2? It looks like you might have a 0N shortcode that's dialing N which would remove the 0.

                        If you can post the corresponding trace from the IP500 as well then we'll be able to see what it's doing after the call is passed to line 99901.
