Analog devices issue on IP Office

    Hi all,

I have an issue on IP Office 9.1.8 with analog devices.

When we reboot the IP Office Server Ediion, no problem.
When we reboot the IP Office Gateway, the analog devices are unregistred from the system. When we call them, we have a busy tone and we need to use short code *35 to register the stations.

We have installed the same system (same release) on another customer site and there, the analog devices remains registered ...

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks

Sounds like you don't have the extension number on the extension ports, or the users were created on the SE and not the Expansion

Agreed. For each analog extension in host expansion systems configuration check that the Extension entry has a "Base Extension" value set.

Then in the same configuration make sure that are matching user entries using the same extension numbers. If users with those numbers already exist in the primary or secondary systems configuration then delete those.

Finally, for the users, check that they don't have "Force Login" enabled (User | Telephony | Supervisor Settings).
