    IP Office SCN - no voice calls

    There is a network of IP Offices connected via H.323 trunks. Some of them are IPO SOE R4.2.3, three of them are IPO 500, one runs R8.1, two run R9.0. VoIP calls goes fine, dialling plan is built up, extention numbers and Line IDs are unique.
    I try to run SCN between these two IPO500 R9.0 . As soon as I change Supplementary Services field in line administration form to "IP Office SCN" (on both PBXs) vioce calls between these two sites are stopped.
    On both sides System Status app shows the line state SCN is Up, in Resourses/Directory the neighbor' extentions are shown as got via SCN from 192.168.X.X , in Monitor app on site A - I can see that it does not use any short code to route the call - it knows it should use SCN trunk to set up the call - it sends setup and then drops with reason - Network out of order. On the site B the Monitor app shows no call setup try at all. These sites are connected via VPN, network admin says there is no port restriction.
    Where sould I look for a resolution?

    Your releases are very far apart, only 1 major release between sites is supported. However, go to the VoIP tab for each SCN line and uncheck Allow Direct Media Path and see if that restores voice.

      BTW, I tried to use SCN feature between R9.0 and R4.2.3 (Voice Networking feature on Line administration form in R4.2) - it worked pretty normal - voice calls, BLF of networked PBX' user, etc.
      But now I'm trying to set up SCN between two IPO500 with identical software release - up to date R9.0(12) .
      Without SCN feature the trunk works fine with and without Direct Media Pass.
