    A Waste

I just signed up and if I were a technical person then I might have a chance but I cannot even get in to send a service request. This is certainly not user friendly for simple requests.

I am sorry you are having a difficult time. When you say that you "signed up", do you mean you registered? And did you register as a Customer or a Business Partner relationship with Avaya? If so, you should have received an email saying that the registration process may take up to 48 hours to complete. Creating a Service Request requires that you are a Customer or Business Partner with a maintenance contract and an associated Sold-To.

For more information on the registration process, please refer to: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100078296
