Can't find current "AACC Service Packs Compatibility/Hotfix Applicability" document

Still can't find current "AACC Service Packs Compatibility/Hotfix Applicability" document on Avaya support website. Procedure below doesn't work. Can anyone point me to the latest document? (should be October 2015)
