Per Product Management:
Installed units which exhibit a white line across the display of the 9621G IP Deskphone should be returned under warranty. Avaya will not be offering a replacement process for installed units which do not exhibit the white line or uninstalled units. We are in the process of formalizing this communication for all customers.
