Calls doesn't show for an agent on IPOCC UI and Agent desktop
Hi all,
So we have a issue with an one agent, him IPOCC UI doesn't show him calls answered and not answered on dashboard. But, when We generate a report with how many calls he asnwered this information is presented on report. We uninstall and reinstall IPOCC UI but the same problem maintain. Someone else takes this problem ? Has a solution ? Thanks. |
