Default AML AACC Email Contact is stuck in OPEN state.

What is the best way to recover or close the contact?

AAAD 6.4 agent's workstation restarted with an open e-mail. When the agent logged back into AAAD the contact was not in the Work Items list. The agent can search for and find the contact, but the only option available in the left pane is to open in Read Only mode.

Hi There,

if you are seeing that the contact is stuck in open state (AAAD logs and CCT logs) then its probably stuck in CMF in open state. You can log a ticket with Avaya Support team to get this cleared from CMF. Currently there is no other option to recover from the system for such contacts.
