The Helpline phone number for all Avaya products is 1-800-242-2121. Call this number for help with CentreVu Internet Solutions. The Avaya support Web page is http://www.avaya.com/support. Be prepared to identify the CentreVu Internet Solutions component you are calling about (for example, the messaging software) and to describe the problem. When you receive your trouble ticket number, write it down so you can use it to expedite any future calls on the same subject.
Helpline services, except for consultative services, are available to customers using a product covered by warranty or a valid maintenance contract, during the hours specified in the contract. If you do not have such a warranty or contract, you can still use Helpline services for the appropriate time-and-materials charges.

Course guides can be used for self-paced training, in instructor-led classes, and as on-the-job references. The agent course guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to process Internet sessions and messages. The administration course guide provides an overview of how to administer CentreVu Internet Solutions.
Onsite instructor-led training
Onsite instructor-led training includes administration and agent instruction tailored toward meeting the needs of your contact center. You can purchase and schedule onsite instructor-led training as part of the CentreVu Internet Solutions installation process.
Other training available
Training in a classroom, on a CD-ROM, or in video format is available from Avaya's documentation and training development organization, Avaya University, for all aspects of contact center operations. CentreVu Internet Solutions is included as part of standard contact center training.
