Customizing the Active Media Server

Use Avaya Site Administration to administer the media server using the MultiVantage software. If you do not have Avaya Site Administration 1.11 on your computer or laptop, you must download it from the media server and install it.

NOTE: You must use Avaya Site Administration 1.11 or higher to be able to administer new features in Release 1.1 or higher Avaya MultiVantage Software.
