    AACC default certificate not working.

    Hello,

Has anyone had any luck getting the default certificates to work with AES? I have been able to configure my AACC to communicate with AES using custom certificates however I cannot do the same with the default certificates.

I have followed the instructions, I have added every lower-case and upper-case permutation of AACCSGM and AACCSGM60 to the trusted hosts.

The one thing that I found interesting, is that the AACC Certificate Manager shows the CN to be 'aaccsgm'. The instructions seem to indicate that it should be 'AACCSGM60' They don't match and it makes me wonder.

    Error from AES log:
    2012-07-30 10.21.01,664 gov.nist.core.LogWriter logError
    WARNING: Problem Accepting Connection
    java.security.cert.CertificateException: javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverifiedException: peer not authenticated

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
AACC 6.2 with Avaya AES 6.1.

Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    -Ian

The default AACC/AES certs installed with AACC work 100% of the time.
I've never had an issue using the default certs on any of my installations. Any problems related to AACC/AES communications were related to misconfigurations.

Nothing needs to be done on the AACC to implement AES except for putting in the right IP address of AES. Following the AVI file and/or documentation for installation of the certs works.
