I have share my observations regarding this issue as our exception calls are increasing day by day so we want to know for what reasons we are facing exception calls:
Good Case: When calls land without getting any error (of AES event ), the calls transfer to agent normally i.e. 'Initiating the call transfer to the Customer Care representative..'. Below snap for reference:
Bad Case: When calls land with error 'No call info available for extension..'. Next it processed a error request 'java.lang.Exception: com.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCERuntimeException: Error loading PluggableConnectorInitialize class [com.avaya.sce.runtime.connectivity.cti.pdc.CTIConn ectorInit] for initialVariablesPosted com.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCERuntimeException: Error Executing CTI Commandcom.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCERuntimeExcep tion: CallInfo.doGetCallInfoInitialCall: No call info available for extension '. After getting this error, calls move to next node/flow with an info 'AES exception occured in the beginning of the call,hence going to continue with the call flow.. '. Once calls go to agent transfer it is not a normal transfer it is tranfer with an info 'Exception occured while attempting consultation transfer,hence going to Blind transfer the call ..'.

This is the analysis so what the reason for exceptions calls and please let me know also what does mean of 'Error loading PluggableConnectorInitialize class' error? And 'No call info available for extension..' why it is showing in our call logs? I have shared application version details:
