    Can't choose From when forwarding email

    Hi everyone,

    When an agent replies in IPOCC I have it set up to they can choose to send from their own name or from the Topic.

    The same rule doesn't seem to apply for forwarding emails. It appears to only send from the personal address.

    Can this be changed?

    Reply as topic or agent

    Set for the Agent in the configuration the privilege >Reply as agent<

    When the agent replies an E-Mail he can click on >From< and choose the From address (topic or agent).

    You can also set the >reply to< in the configuration of the agent.

      No, but forwarding

      Hi marquardt,

      Thanks for your reply. Like I said, I have it working when I hit Reply on an email. What I need is the same functionality when i hit Forward.

      From does not become a button when you Forward from my testing.

        Delegate

        Delegate the E-mail. But the Agent cannot change the From address. The from address remains the sender.
