Our call center has an issue since we've went to Avaya regarding the IPOCC and break time. They wait until the very last minute before jumping up to go for a bathroom break, then have to spend time fumbling mouse, etc to log out of IPOCC.
Can there be a button put on the Avaya 9608 which interacts with IPOCC to use for break time?
