The Avaya media server supports different levels of access to the web administration interface, discussed below.
Login service levels are specified on the Login Administration screen, which is accessible through the System Access Terminal (SAT) program. SAT is run through a telnet connection or the ASA package.
On the Login Administration screen, under Login Being Administered, the following service levels can be specified:
super-user. Logins assigned to this service level receive full access to the web administration interface. All the screens described in this help system are available.
non-super-user. Logins assigned to this service level receive a restricted level of access to the web administration interface. The only screens that are accessible are listed below.
remote. Logins assigned to this service level can access the media server through a PPP dial-up connection. See Hardware and software requirements for details on dial-up connections.
Users whose logins are assigned to the non-super-user service level will see an abbreviated version of the main web administration menu after they log in. The only links and screens available for these users are:

Duplicate Server: [2] [name2]
