Network connectivity troubleshooting

Complete the following procedures to test network connectivity to make sure that the LAN is accessible to the system and to any remote machines on the same LAN::

• Running a Name Server Lookup Test
• Transmitting test packets
• View LAN packet statistics
• Correcting TCP/IP diagnostic failures
• Checking the physical connections
• Verifying the IP address for remote machines
