Screens Organized by Commands

The Screens Organized by Verb table shows all possible screen-activation commands used on the Messaging Administration screen. These commands are sorted alphabetically by verb and by screen name within each verb.

The first column shows all valid verbs that can begin a command to activate a messaging administration screen.

The second column shows the objects or object-phrase on which the verbs can act. Each object corresponds to a messaging administration screen. Note that an object (screen name) can consist of more than one word.

The third column shows the command qualifiers. The qualifiers, if any, are shown to the right of the screen name (object). Optional qualifiers are shown enclosed in brackets [ ].

The fourth column provides a link to another part of the documentation where the screen is described.

Some commands can be executed with a vm (voice messaging administrator) login ID. Many commands require the sa (system administrator) login and cannot be executed with a vm login.

You can either type the word print before the display or list verbs to print the contents of the resulting screen to your system printer. However, you must have a system printer available and enabled before you can send any print requests. See Printing for more information.
