Description

If calls must go to a receptionist, coverage can be set up using one of the following methods:

• Primary Coverage (eight or fewer extensions).
• Delayed Auto Attendant.
• Phantom Calling Groups (30 or fewer extensions).
• Phantom extensions (30 or more extensions).
